Most of my album artwork doesn't show up in SqueezeCenter. I think that
the same is true for SlimServer (from which I just upgraded :-).

I think that SqueezeCenter (and SlimServer for that matter) have a
size/resolution limit for the artwork. One of the albums for which I
have artwork has a few cover artwork files and the smallest one (about
2.5 KB and named AlbumArtSmall.jpg) is the one displayed by SlimServer.
Does that mean I have to scale down my images to get them to show up in
SqueezeCenter? Do they have to be jpegs also or would png work too?

I use Linux (Ubuntu 7.04 currently -- might upgrade soon) as my
SqueezeCenter server and all permissions are identical among album
artwork and music files so that should not be the problem.
Additionally, I'm fairly adept at scripting, so if necessary I could
write a script to scale down my album art, but I don't think I should
*have to* do that -- or anyone else for that matter.

Other than this inconvenience, I love SqueezeCenter. One of the things
I was looking forward to was the AJAX style interface where you can more
easily rearrange your playlist and view elapsed/remaining time.
