Ok, so I have to take three/four ints at a time in the pmesh file?

Ummm... say these polygons in the pmesh are triangles, then Jmol draws 
triangles correct?

Ok. If I understand correctly, the missing step is defining the triangles 
based on those vertices? Correct? Say we had this implemented we could also 
draw the molecular surfaces, correct?

Good. E.g. think of coloring the molecular surface by partial atomic charges, 
like the dots of those surfaces are colored now...
