I'll begin by saying how great I think this open-source cross platform initiative is - it has allowed us to provide an alternative to Chime for Mac OSX and other unix-based platforms in our new Protein Motif Database (<http://doolittle.ibls.gla.ac.uk:9006/david/ProteinMotifDB.html> feedback welcome). The hard work of the development team is much appreciated.
In the documentation on the applet I found (somewhere) a list of mouse gestures, with a statement of intention to mirror the Chime gestures. Am I right in thinking that z-rotation, translation and slabbing are *not* yet implemented (I have the jmol10pre11 applet mounted at the moment)? If not, anyone any idea why they don't work on my site?
