While I'd love for u find a way of shipping molecular geometries from
Jmol into PyMOL and from PyMOL into Jmol, PyMOL isn't as flexible or
powerful as PovRay, and it has no support for textures or reflections.

In other words, though PyMOL places a greater emphasis on
publication-quality figures, there would probably be greater value in
improved PovRay export than PyMOL data xfer.
