Hi,

I have two models loaded, each with an associated surface:
     isosurface deoxyBpgSurf MODEL 1.1 "08solvdeoxybpg.jvxl"
     isosurface oxySurf MODEL 1.2 "08solvoxy.jvxl"

Whichever surface I load first becomes unresponsive to isosurface on/ off commands. So for example,
     model 1.2
     isosurface off
turns off the surface associated with model 1.2, but
     model 1.1
     isosurface off
leaves the surface associated with model 1.1 in place.

When I issue the original isosurface (jvxl) commands in the reverse order, I can control the surface associated with model 1.1 using isosurface on/off, but the surface associated with model 1.2 will not respond to isosurface on/off. Is this a bug?

I've tested this in Jmol 11.3.12 and Jmol 11.3.10_dev.
