Hi Philip

The error message sounds like a Java security I've seen several times. The
browser may be
caching files, sometimes it's difficult to convince it that you have changed
things.
I suggest:

1. first, make double sure that the location of model files and applet files
satisfies the rule:
models together or below the applet in the folder tree.

2. clear the browser's Java cache, restart the browser
http://wiki.jmol.org/index.php/Troubleshooting/Java_Problems

3. Insist on that clearing. In the meantime, check the Jmol version in the
popup menu (if it's
caching, it may display the old version). There may also be som issues with a
certain Java
version, but I guess you haven't upgraded that.

It's rather illogical. I spent several times yesterday because my Firefox
insisted on loading an
old Jmol version after I had upgraded the applet files.

Good luck!
