Bob:
The jar file is in a directory (Jmol) at the Sites level.  So Acyclic -- the 
program calling the applet -- is below is below it it as prescribed.  It works 
non-Mozilla browsers on the mac in Safari.  And the same setup is on the web 
where I observe the same issue.
