Unlike my buddy Kakki, I liked Tom Scott et al at the MOA shows.
I liked Joni's sound being expanded beyond the solo stuff. However,
I don't think the TS & TLAX Joni material has aged well. A lot of
MOA seems to be the band saying "here, listen to ME!!" Compare it
to the exquisitley (sp) understated work of the Blade/Isham/Klein/
Liesz ensemble of the '98 shows - they played incredibly well, but
everything they did served the singer and the song - there was no
showing off.

My Canadian $0.02 - still jingling loonies in my pockets... :)
