Hi Kakki!

Do you exactly what Joni's deal was with Geffen?  I know they had a rather 
sour parting after many years of friendship--I'm pretty certain it had to do 
with her product not being pushed by the company.  I seem to remember Joni 
talking about the fact that they courted her, only not to promote her.  I 
think she made a comment about being the "status artist" in the stable.  I'm 
very curious what the deal was and why she signed with him if not for money.
