I've given anyone whose asked a fairly proven route to employment. Pick up
an open source project thats being fairly well used and get your name out
there.

In fact:

"
We want to continue to expand the projects, and this will help in a number
of ways. First, it allows us to continue to hire the best JBoss contributors
(take note developers wanting to join JBoss: the best way is to get
recognized by committing).
"

If monster.com isn't working any better for you than the millions of others,
how about trying something that is on an expanding curve?
