Входной файл оставил.
выходной -> итоговый

Спешу отметить, что calligraconverter -- консольная программа, при запуске
которой существует только один входной файл и один выходной файл. В этом
отличие от конвертеров с графическим интерфейсом, где я бы допустил "исходный
файл", и этим отличием можно оправдать использованые разных терминов.

И наверное, людям, которые способны запустить программу в эмуляторе терминале,
будет заранее известно, что такое "входной" и "выходной" файл, либо им будет
несложно до этого догадаться.
