You use the arc tool. The arc tool draws 1/4 of a circle, so you use several arcs. You always start at the centre of the circle, so. Select the arc tool. (assume 4 grid points is the size) Click in the centre of the circle that the arcs will lie on. Move up 4 points. click to end click back on centre Move left 4 points click to end Click back on centre move down 4 points click to end. You should have your 270 degree arc now. You can move the position of the arc about by varyong the direction you pull the radius out, takes a bit of practice. Stick with the up down left and right until you get the hang of it.
