Are you using the appliance? :). My hint is that RSA SecurID appliance runs on WIndows Server 2003 (at least on the appliance we were handling) :).
And... why use _telnet_ ?? You can use it in conjunction with SSH :). Supports SSL, TLS. I'm not privy to using telnet, honestly.
