Lately I've been having trouble with our cable modem connection -- about
20% of packets dropped before their gateway during some times of the
day. I dread calling Cox and dealing with their supprot people since I
don't want to connect a windows computer to the cable modem. Been down
that path with them before. Does anyone know the magic words to get to
someone who understands what ping is?
