Some do. Microsoft Office is the primary office suite on OS X, is it not?
However, some users *adore* Keynote (or, as my friends call it,
iPreach(tm)). Apparently Keynote allows marketroids infinite playtime
over style rather than substance.
To be fair, I kinda like Keynote and Pages. But, that's because they
actually choose to separate markup from content like WordPerfect used to.
