How strange.  It almost sounds like he thinks that there is a separate
fiber run to each house.  Their goal was to get the fiber within 3km of
each house.

So, I'm curious, is the 10MBs shared with the TV service, or is the
actual service higher, and they allocate 10 for the data part.
