I dunno. Tcl has excellent libraries, when you count in Tcllib and a few
other things you might need to download from random locations. What

Yeah, but not because of the language. Because of the politics. This is
the equivalent of an ad hominem. While, yes, saying it's a non-starter
is perfectly logical for those reasons, saying it's a bad language isn't.
