I generally agree about top posting. But there is a time for it. Lan's
reason for doing it was dead on.
Bottom posting (including interleaved) is preferred for preserving the
train of thought.
Top posting is good enough when the train of thought is being broken or
when replying like "LOL" or somesuch.
Lan's response to James was basically "I am responding to that which you
did, not anything you said. I don't care what you said because you did
it rudely by breaking the thread and train of thought. I am *not*
replying to what you said, but I'm leaving it below so that you or
anyone else interested may refer to it. My statements are not in line
because there really is no train of thought to follow anymore.". Am I
wrong Lan? (I realize that I'm exaggerating your sentiments somewhat.)
