I'm a bit confused by the minutes. Comments interspersed.
I guess the biggest impact on us is that there will be board vacancies
to fill. Presumably, we could find members to fill said vacancies.

So the SDMUG leadership is saying to the SDMUG populace: follow us, or
lose your (current) board?

When they say SIG leaders, do they mean other SDCS SIGs, or the SIGS of
SDMUG? This is confusing. It also sounds like a done deal: SDMUG will
break away. The vote is merely a formality.

Doesn't SDMUG get reimbursed for said expense? If not, it probably
should have.

Again, more sounds of done-dealness.

Sounds like they are confused about the quorum requirements, too.
