So they're members of SDCS up to the point where SDMUG is officially dissolved, then? And not beyond. And, presumably, if they're members in more than one affiliate SIG, they're still in. And our membership dues are paid straight through to SDCS... so if they wanted to join KPLUG, for instance, but are already members in SDCS, there would be no membership fee to be collected?
