Ah, I hadn't gotten to this in my reading yet.  This is an interesting 
point.  So, SDMUG member's eligibility to both vote for and hold SDCS 
offices depends entirely upon when they officially dissolve SDMUG.

Which would be SDPCUG, apparently.  Though, we could technically get quorum 
at KPLUG.  _However_, as you state, the dissolution of SDMUG must be 
approved/recognized by the SDCS board.  So, it seems we're in an 
interesting position, then, of the SDCS board members who hail from SDMUG 
effectively invalidating their standing as SDCS board members the moment 
they declare that SDMUG is no longer a SIG.
