Though, we could technically get quorum at KPLUG. _However_, as you state, the dissolution of SDMUG must be approved/recognized by the SDCS board. So, it seems we're in an interesting position, then, of the SDCS board members who hail from SDMUG effectively invalidating their standing as SDCS board members the moment they declare that SDMUG is no longer a SIG.
