Yep, got that working the way I wanted, Thanks Tracy. I wish that
SmartFolders allowed you to store thing under them like a real
directory, instead of having to put them inside a "real" directory and
then hide it, to get what I want.

Expiration might work. Most of the job listing come to one of the
people listed in contacts, in various formats. I find it easiest to
just cut and paste and do minimal editing for display. Regular users
never post jobs that I'm aware of.

Yeah, it was looking crowded, and the existance of a directory and a
smart directory for jobs was confusing.

Yep, the Wiki section is exactly why I set it to 1.

I agree.

I agree with that choice.

When I looked I noticed another page that might be able to benefit
from a smartfolder page. User Contributed Files is complex, with a lot
of links back to users home directories. If we are successful at
creating a book report template, maybe something can be done to create
a special User_contributed_file object that will be automtically found
by another "smartfolder".
Just my $.02 worth.
