This is exactly the answer I was expecting. This means that these words are used by website CMS and should not be translated. I propose the other translators do not translate this part in mdtext files (The content after "Title:" and "Notice:" and these words also) because it can translate later if necessary. This will become clear after we ( translators and the support for respective language ) obtain access to add news, translate interviews and other content on the site. I hope this will be possible sometime in the nearest future.
