files are made available in Pootle, and this will take 1-2 weeks since
next week is release time... If you open

you can see the "genlang" project, that is still experimental; don't use
it for the time being. The project with the OpenOffice 4 files will be
visible on that page once it's ready.
I strongly recommend that you add a comment to
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=123309
(you will need to register for Bugzilla, same page)
saying that you are ready to start working in Pootle and that your
contributions are under the Apache 2 License. This way you will receive
e-mail notifications when your language has been uploaded.
