Thank you starting off another survey - this is fun. At the
moment I'm doing some Bucks pieces, mainly samplers to get my brain going
and I've just finished watching Lia-Burmeister Jonker's video on Russian
Tape Lace - she is a *very good* tutor. I've already started the
butterfly and am working it in a scarlet sewing thread (50) and a white DMC
Pearle 5 wound together with a pink metallic thread as a double gimp. Like
Sharron (Vancouver Island), I too thought that Russian tape lace was easy
but you have to have your wits about you 'cos before you know it you're up
to the next filling!
