Hi Eve et al,

I had to smile - I thought my reasons were just the same for attending Lace Days, as I think - and my husband knows! - over thirty years, I probably have enough bobbins and gear. But - when I see a new gadget - which I have certainly managed quite well without all those thirty years - I am desperate to know what it is and what it does and then, it is a racing certainty that I will decide that it is the one thing I really must have.

So - I still take the cheque books and the plastic to Lace Days and Suppliers Fairs ...
