To make latex2html do

> Use hi-res bitmapped fonts with dvips + Ghostscript (4.2+)
> (e.g. the 300dpi or 600dpi for normal printing.)
Should I set pk_generation = 0 and turn off the
dvips mode being set to Toshiba ?
