and why should we reinvent the wheel?

why not have the trouble to make a logic that somewhere in the future
integrates well with any (ex: self aware (SOAP)) application?

if you have a schema for a xml doc, you can use that data anyway you want,
the schema and the xml file is all you need.

you publish the schema, and everyone on the world has the ability to
understand/write/change the xml file.
