And we're not expecting a perfect replacement that meets all our needs without any work on our parts. Actually, that is exactly why we have waited so long to adress this issue - if one puts in all the work required to change the packaging system, it should be done right, and whatever new packaging system we decide to use should be flexible enough to last another 5 or so year (well, the old lrp packaging system has lasted longer than that). Basically, this isn't something that's done over night (we have a few tools that generate and analyze lrp packages, so our frameworks around building packages would have to be modified too) - so when we switch to something new, we want to get it right. And if that means waiting until we have enough time to do it right, that's perfectly fine with me. Martin -- You think that's tough?
