I have Wisp-Dist running on a Soekris 4521. I wish to bridge the two pcmcia cards, but I cannot seem to get it working on layer 2. Layer 3 bridging seems to work okay. The ethernet ports are not included in the bridge.
I have assigned the same ip address to br0, netsc0, and netsc1. I have enabled br0 to start at boot. I have tried layer 2 bridging both with and without layer 3 bridging enabled. Again, layer 3 bridging (only) seems to work okay Can anyone tell me the secret of layer 2 bridging? If anyone has a similar setup working, could you post your /etc/network/if.config file?
