Are both wireless running in master mode? Layer 2 bridging does not work
on wireless cards in managed mode.

Have you assigned the netcs0 and netcs1 to be used in the bridge?
Also adding the ip address to the wireless interfaces does nothing when
you are assigning them to the bridge just the bridge ip is important.
