Rog

I think Taylor was the "politician" that people warmed to, so that may well
have been the case.
But just admit it, the bloke had talent for finding quality and bringing them on

he got Roy Keane to NF from some mickey mouse Irish team for the price of a cup
of team and biscuits.
…Roy McFarland from…(Bradford ? ) and turned him into an international at Derby
John McGovern, I think he was at Hartlepool with him
Colin Todd chose cloughie instead of the Don ….remember that one ?

He made Des Walker, Steve Hodge, Lee Glover….and Im sure ~I could come up with
a long list given time….

Admit it Rog, he was a loss. He was the right man , Bremner , Giles and co just
could not stand him.
