It should be realised that in many parts of the world people are still using
dial-up and paying for the Megabytes downloaded. Pictures are also great for
hiding viruses. The former reason is why we are requested to delete Legacy's
footnotes at the end of each email and remove old posts. (See Etiquette
rules at the end of every email - and then delete if you reply :-)).
