That is why I contact the person in 'off hours' , some times to say I don't understand what is happening, then say the staff should be on-line and give a guess time, PST. Then the person knows he/she is not ignored, but staff will be back in their morning. If I understand the problem, will tell that this is in the problem list already. But many newbies are looking for help/contact to solve NEW problem (to them). You are not alone. Someome will check in. Rich in LA CA
