Hi Brian, I tried deleting and re-installing Legacy last evening but I got a note saying, "could not open install.log file." I became so frustrated that I turned my computer off. Then this morning Legacy opened fine. I think the problem had something to do with a Windows update I downloaded. I don't like to update Windows as there always seems to be some kind of problem.

Assuming other programs are opening just fine in Windows, something has happened to the executable file for Legacy or one of its necessary supporting files. I can think of many reasons why this would happen but none of which are worthy of discussing on this forum. Which means your quickest and easiest solution is to re-install the program. Don't worry...re-installing the program changes nothing. But you might want to save your existing .USR files ahead of time unless re-customizing the program to your likings is easily accomplished. Just out of curiosity, did anyone have access to your computer while you were on vacation, especially anyone under the age of 16?
