Hi Ron, I tried to uninstall Legacy last evening but got a message, "Could not open Install.Log file." I became so frustrated that I shut my computer down for the night. Today Legacy opened just fine. I did do a Windows update download and this may have been where the problem was. Every time I update Windows there seems to be some kind of problem.
Thank you so much for your quick response to my cry for help. I really appreciate it! I would try and uninstall, if you can (it may not be possible) but in any event I would install the program again. You may still find a problem, in which case you should be able to uninstall, if you couldn't the first time, and then reinstall again.
