Kirstin, What, exactly, are you seeing? Do you mean that when you click on the Picture Icon in Family View nothing happens, or that the screen opens but there are no pictures ie. it is completely blank, or that there are no pictures and they have been replaced by question marks? In any event I would try File>File Maintenance>Check Repair first.
