My pictures are in my pictures folder on C drive. Legacy is on C drive.
This has nothing to do with the problem though. Up until about 2 weeks
ago, the picture feature worked OK. Now if I click on a picture  beside
an individual nothing happens. If I click on the picture icon, nothing
happens. If I am on an individual with no pictures and click on the icon
to add pictures, nothing happens.
