File Maintenance can't fix the problem since the Legacy program does not know that there is a problem with the Picture Gallery. If the Picture Gallery Window opens up for you, in the left hand column of the window, go down to where it says "Zoom" - next to the word "Zoom' there is a + and - sign. Click on the + (you may have to do it a number of times to get the full 4 boxes in a row (where your pictures appear). All the other rows of boxes will appear automatically once the first row of boxes show up. Then you should be able to add photos, files, videos, etc., to the Picture Gallery. Hope this works for you.
