I would dearly like the option to exclude the "Notes:" etc prefix so that the 
report reads more like a book.

Someone suggested using privacy brackets to prevent notes from printing in 
narrative reports but a method of excluding those notes globally is much 
preferred as it is difficult to place privacy brackets on notes for thousands 
of entries.
