Shirley, the labels for the various Notes can be removed so they don’t print in the reports. Go to the Book Reports, click on the Narrative Report or other style book report and click on the Tab ‘Wording 2’. Now delete any of the labels you don’t want to print out in your book reports. Just highlight each one and delete. You can add them back if you later decide you want them to print.
