Ron's argument (and one that I heartily subscribe to) is that a RIN (Record
Identification Number), should never have been so closely associated with an
individual. It's purely a number to give the main table a unique key. If people
want to associate their own, unique identifier with a person, use the User ID
field (See Customise\Other).
