I am getting multiple errors with my primary Legacy file. For example, I
can't create a .pdf descendant report (Error code 380 -- error gathering
descendnts).
So I tried doing the same thing with a different family. Same error.
Other errors: Backup error #527 ("at least one Skipping File event was
triggered . . . .")
Message that this file is opened by another user -- not so.
I've called Legacy & they returned my call but the time didn't work out &
they haven't called back today. (too early in the day I reckon & I have to
go out soon).
I am wondering if I should re-download Legacy? I have the latest
version/build.
Any suggestion will be appreciated!!
