Thanks for your responses!
Yes, I should have told you what I've tried.
1. I looked up the error numbers,
2. Error 527, said to press Ctrl, Alt, Del simultaneously to get to Task
Manager. I did so but the Task Manager did not come up. I don't use any
of the add-ons it spoke of anyway, and I also restarted my computer & got
the same error messages.
3. Error 380 did not have any suggestions in re "gathering descendants."
4. I get the Error 380 about 2 seconds after I choose .pdf and tell it to
"Create." So I don't see the .pdf. I've done umpteen of these .pdf
reports in recent days without a problem until c3 days ago.
5. Yes, I did a File Maintenance, Check/Repair & it reported everything OK.
6. Yes, I've closed Legacy, rebooted my computer, and still had the same
problems.
7. Yes, I've called Tech Support, they responded & were going to take
control of my computer, but immediately had problem at their end and I was
not available later. They are supposed to call back today but have not yet
done so.

Any more ideas??

Thanks so much!!
Pat
