Yes, I understand and do cite the data from findagrave into Legacy. My concern came with the Snipits. It's a great way to capture in the form of a jpg the information, not the photo for our Legacy files. I guess from the line below that the information then becomes the property of findagrave, I'd not seen this, "Please feel free to cite Find A Grave in your bibliographies, lists of references, etc. in whatever format you deem appropriate." Whatever format, should include Snipits. I've submitted much information to their website, including two cemetery surveys with photos of each tombstone, and was a little annoyed that they gave the rights to others like ancestry.com, and I've found many of my photos without my consent on ancestry family trees and no mention of where the photo came from.
