Renee, I get this all the time when updating on my Vista laptop but not on my Win7 desktop. It's been going on since v7.
The programmers can't duplicate it and haven't a clue why it happens with a few users (it's very rare....) All I can say at this point is that it's something we just have to live with...... Once Legacy opens, it works ok, unless you try to preview a report, in which case, just close and reopen Legacy.
