I'm not sure that this fix-it tool will solve the OP's problem. He does not have a problem with an INSTALL or UN-INSTALL but rather Roxio wants to configure itself every time Legacy is started. Apparently he purchased Roxio, installed it, and wants to keep it. And apparently something was not quite right with Roxio leaving a Windows Installer config file around. Perhaps the fix-it tool will catch that, or he may wish to contact Roxio and ask them to fix their misdirected install. But the big question in my mind is why does Legacy want to run the Roxio config file? Apparently no other program is wanting to do that. We may have to wait until we hear more from the OP if the fix-it tool saves his day.
