I believe it depends on the windows platform you are using. An older version of Windows did this on almost all programs I installed on a few machines, until we got rid of Roxio completely. I'm wanting to say it was Windows 95 or 2000. But this is a very well known problem with older versions of Windows and Roxio. It isn't Legacy specific for those versions.
