Thanks for all the responses.  I have checked and the Notes do in fact go to 
the "Unnamed Source" - so special thanks to Cathy.

My current problem is that some how between getting Legacy to export the Tree 
and it getting into Ancestry many of the locations have been transported across 
the world in the Lifestory but ok in the Facts!  For example  Victoria 
Dwellings, Clerkenwell Road, Middlesex landed up as Victoria Trinidad & 
Tobago!!!

Investigating as to whether this is a Legacy or an ancestry problem - not had 
the problem before
