You *can* run the uninstall before or after deleting the legacy.lng file, if you wish, and then run the update again.
But I've tried the Update 3 times with the same failure each time, AT THE SAME POINT DURING THE INSTALLATION. It's got to be something at your end rather than mine!
Perhaps I'll wait for build 227 or later :-)
